LuxCharter’s cancellation policy varies by Company, captain, Ownwer of the Expereince you are booking. Typically allowing free cancellation up to 14 days before the trip experience. Canceling after this window generally results in forfeiture of the deposit to the Company providing the Expereince. Customers can cancel anytime via their booking account, while cancellations due to bad weather ensure a full refund, your Captain, Guide, Experience ownwer with contact you about rescheduling or refund.
